Documents the current pages, modules and settings, and corrects stale details. Carries the README refresh from docs/readme-refresh onto current main; the one line main had since moved (the EVESYNAPSE_UPDATE_PROVIDER default) keeps main's newer wording, and the project header and dedication are unchanged.
