Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The skill name and its tag sit on a line inside the row cell, but nothing on that line could shrink: the wrapping span had no minimum-width release, so when the sheet column ran short the line painted past the cell edge over the level pips. The name and tag now sit on a flex line whose name truncates with an ellipsis; the tag stays whole.
