Delete branch "feat/github-release-workflow"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Adds a GitHub Actions release workflow that publishes the GitHub release with the built-in token: it waits for the Forgejo release, downloads the six signed files, verifies both binaries against the signed manifests, and creates the release with the same tag, title and notes. Removes the GitHub leg from the Forgejo release pipeline, which now creates only the GitLab release; no GitHub credential stays stored on Forgejo.
