The KPI cards and the briefing cards carry the selected theme accent as a soft glow pooling at the card base, fading to fully transparent by 70% of the card height. The glow is a background-image layer over each surface's own tint, so the briefing severity tints keep their color underneath and the critical card stays red-dominant; text contrast is unchanged because the fade completes above the card text zone. The same layer applies in the customizable home layout. Stacked on the money-format branch; retargets to main once that merges.
