Pinned first columns in sideways-scrolling tables were transparent by design, so when a table actually scrolled, the columns underneath showed through the names (the Industry by blueprint notes had the Runs and Built figures printed over them). The pinned cells, including the header corner, now paint the theme panel solid with a hairline at the rail edge; the hover wash tints the same solid. Verified in Chromium (Blink) with the Industry table scrolled 300px sideways: no show-through, the name column reads clean.
