Delete branch "fix/subnav-font-and-gap"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Sub-category nav tabs (the second tab row under a section tab) now share the category tabs type rule in style.css: Rajdhani, 12px, weight 500, uppercase, normal letter spacing. The 0.92rem body-face size override on the sub-tab links and the sub-row More button in bg.css is removed. TestTabNavTypeSpec pins the extended rule.
On Assets, the head strip above the console loses its two spacing segments: the count line bottom margin and the strip bottom margin. The gap from the tab block to the top of the Assets console measures 95.0px before and 71.8px after in the render rig at 1440px. The remaining 71.8px is the 20px panel inset (the shell standard stacked-panel gap, 1.25rem) plus the head strip own height of 51.8px, which is content: the stack count line, the character scope selector, and the account total. Reaching a 20px total means moving that strip out of the path, a layout call left to the owner.
Measured in the rig, desktop width: category tab and sub tab both compute Rajdhani 12px, weight 500, uppercase, normal spacing after the change (sub tab before: body face, 14.72px, weight 400, no transform). Character, the second page measured, keeps its own head spacing; its tab block to content window chain is unchanged apart from the shorter sub-tab row.
