Every link now takes the theme secondary tone (the scheme highlight; gold on the default theme), the color the loadout card titles already used. Highlight and pressed states sit one shade lighter (80% toward white), and the card title and ship links, which already used the secondary tone, take that same lighter shade so they keep their lead. The landing keeps the accent for its inline links.

Verified in Chromium (Blink) against the rig: plain content links measure exactly the secondary tone at rest and the lighter shade on forced hover on Caldari, Triglavian, Jove and the default theme; the loadout titles measure the lighter shade at rest on all four.

Supersedes #60, which lightened only the Triglavian and Jove tab links.
