Adds a .p3 class in style.css holding the console frame, blur layer, column pattern and band forms, driven by per-page --p3-dir and --p3-insp widths. Assets and the character sheet set only their widths and keep their own band thresholds and inspector triggers. The Assets matrix columns take shares of the table at every width, so the item column keeps its share when the inspector column is open. The dim behind an open inspector sheet lightens from 55% black to 35% on the character sheet and from 45% to 35% on Assets.
