Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Moves the Assets matrix row click handler out of the ESI status block, where it throws on every page load, into the Assets wiring: it now binds on load and on every content swap, each row at most once, so clicking a matrix row opens its item and clicks on controls inside the row still pass. Adds node tests for the initializer and runs them in CI.
