Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Adds a single stroked SVG guide line to the market browser tree: it runs down the left of the tree, steps right 16px per nesting level with rounded corners where it enters or leaves an open branch, and redraws from the visible rows on every toggle, fetch and resize, so closed branches leave no trace. The tree gains 6px of left padding so the toggles sit clear of the line.
