Stacked on the grouped-nav PR. Every rail flyout now opens with its category name as a plain bright header (no repeated icon), so a hovered category identifies itself without a tooltip. Group labels never wrap, and their trailing rule keeps a minimum run, which restores the line beside Tools & Analysis that its two-line wrap used to squeeze out. While any flyout is open, no rail tooltip shows at all (the ESI status tag included), and the status tag wraps instead of running as one long ribbon. Expanded and drawer layouts are unchanged: the header renders only in rail flyouts.
