The dark theme danger tone #c62f10 measures 3.36:1 against the dark background, under the 4.5:1 bar for text. It becomes #f0562f at 5.35:1, same hue family, verified in the rig. The light theme tone already passes and is unchanged, as are the two chart fills that use the old hex as a data color rather than text.
