Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The container steps that cap briefing tiles at a half or full width below three across were written for the cards, but the flex items are the decks: the card rule is overridden inside a deck, so the steps never engaged. A two deck row stayed capped at a third each and left the last third of the module empty. The steps now land on the decks.
