A forward navigation now paints the new page live and moves: the content column eases from the old page height to the new one over 480ms so the footer rides to its new place, and the page blocks draw in with a 28ms stagger and a 210ms fade each. Nothing is snapshotted, so glass surfaces keep their live backdrop blur through the whole move. History restores land instantly at the saved scroll offset, and reduced-motion readers keep the instant swap. Removes the view-transition rules from the stylesheet; the swap no longer uses the View Transitions API.
