The .pf-chart svg height rule (180px, 150px on phones) also matched the info-tip glyph SVG inside chart figure captions, stretching each caption by about 165px of dead space between the heading and the chart. The rule now applies only to SVGs inside a plot (.pchart), and the short-plot variants likewise. Measured in Chromium (Blink): the waterfall figure caption goes from 198px to 36px tall, the figure from 470px to 308px, and the plots keep their exact 180px.
