Delete branch "feat/settings-flyout-up"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
In the icon rail the Settings menu now anchors to the bottom of the gear row and grows upward, so all four sections stay on the page; it opened downward from the foot of the rail and ran off the bottom. In the phone sheet the single Settings link is replaced by the four sections (API, Interface, Notifications, Security), so a phone can go straight to the section it wants.
