On touch layouts the fold button shares the press-feedback rule that sets transform: scale(0.96) while active. That replaced the button's translateY(-50%) centering, so the button dropped 18px for the length of the press and jumped back on release. The fold button now leaves the shared rule and presses with translateY(-50%) scale(0.96) plus a brightness lift, and the reduced-motion variant keeps the centering too.

Verified in Chromium (Blink) with the pressed state forced: the old rule moves the button down 18.7px while pressed; with this change it moves 0.7px, the shrink around its own center.
