On the Blueprints table the first column pins during horizontal scroll, but a category header cell spans all eight columns, so it has no room to travel and its label scrolls out of view. Measured in Chromium (Blink) with the real stylesheet: scrolled 219px, the item name holds at 9.6px from the scrollport edge while the category label sits at -209.4px, off screen. This pins the label inside its cell with position sticky so it rides the scroll the same way. After: both category labels hold at 9.6px when scrolled, and nothing moves at rest.
