Stacked on fix/overview-middle-mode. Fill language only: no layout, spacing, typography or content changes.

The five Overview surfaces that painted the solid panel color (the four header cards, clone cards, the training strip, the implant strip and the colonies panel) already carried the inset recipe edge, so they now paint the shared light inset tint the Contracts filter boxes use: var(--row-alt), rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.03) in place of var(--panel). Measured on the rendered page: a header card sampled rgb(26, 18, 11) before and rgb(29, 22, 16) after, matching the Contracts box sample rgb(29, 22, 16) at the same position; the computed background of the card and the Contracts box are the same value.

The middle band inspector sheet painted the same solid panel color with no blur. It now paints the ember glass sheet gradient both inspector sheets share (the panel color at 94 to 97 percent via color-mix) with the standard backdrop blur and the glass edge on its left border.

Targeted tests as pgtester: TestCSSDeclarations, TestStaticServesMinifiedCSS, TestStaticAssetCaching, TestPagesLinkVersionedAssets, TestStaticFileHashVersionTokens and TestStylesheetMainColumnWidth all pass.
