EveSynapse
EveSynapse is a lightweight and fast, yet comprehensive and powerful all-in-one EVE Online companion: character sheets, market, fitting, intel, industry, and more. It is built on CCP's ESI API with EVE SSO login, and written in Go.
It is a ground-up rewrite of the original 2013 EveSynapse, a project by natemsz, element, and j0ker. Development is very active.
There is a hosted version at evesynapse.app, with a demo using sample characters so you can look around before signing in. You are equally welcome to install EveSynapse on your own machine, or run it as a service for your corporation or alliance, including restricting who may sign up.
What it does
- A customizable home of widgets over every linked character, with a briefing of what needs attention.
- Pilot pages: character overview, skills and skill plans, assets, wallet, orders, contracts, mail, calendar, contacts, killmails, and profit tracking with per-item and per-blueprint figures.
- The fitting workbench, saved loadouts, and a public loadouts browser.
- Industry: blueprints, jobs, the build planner, mining ledger, and planetary industry with a PI planner.
- Market tools over EveSynapse's own swept data: the market browser, spread scanner, trends, LP store browser, baskets, trade ideas, tradefinder, top stations, restock planner, appraisal, and the item browser.
- Corporation pages, doctrines, ship replacement, and a Discord bot that gives roles from in-game standing.
- Intel: a killboard, a d-scan parser, intel channels whose reports are parsed and synthesized into a feed, pilot workbenches, and a map with your intel laid over it.
- Notifications in the top bar and by browser push, on a cadence that follows how active an account is.
The full inventory is on the Features page.
Run your own
- Installation: get the binary or build it, run the setup script, and start the service.
- Configuration: the settings that matter, who may sign up, and how character linking asks for permissions.
- Updating: one-command signed updates, and how release signing works.
- Notifications: browser push, installing the site as an app, and the Android app.
- Discord: connecting accounts and running the bot in a corporation or alliance server.
- Swarm Cache: how self-hosted instances share public data with signed, spot-checked entries.
- Security: token encryption, keeping the key off the machine, and backups.
- Roadmap: where the project is going, version by version.
The repository's README carries the developer documentation: the codebase layout, the SSO and caching internals, and the complete configuration table.
